Don't know the telco/isp scene around there.
For hosting, skip the $20/mo. and under stuff entirely. I've
read more use policies than I ever really wanted to recently.
The upshot is that if you find one that allows for some nifty
toys on your webpage (in that price range) your use policy says
that your content can't be more than half non-text files.
Start thinking 200 megs so you have room for growth. Plus beware
that many of the best known webhosts have/had policies that are
so cleverly written a lawyer could prove per my lamens reading
that you gave the hosting company permission to use your content.

your find anything to your liking.
It's been 6 months. I'll think I'll go check prices again on
ISDN. A friend of mine got a T1 for the price of isdn because
it was easier for the local co to give that to him than to put
in the isdn which was supposed to already be there. Of course
he isn't actually in a town.
