I have checked both the North American Numbering Plan Authority site

http://www.nanpa.com

And the Texas PUC site

http://www.puc.state.tx.us

and it doesn't look like either has local calling area maps.
I would suggest that when you are travelling, you pick up the phone
and dial "0" and ask the operator if the number you want to dial is
within the local calling area.
