[NTLUG:Discuss] LONG time when sending to hotmail or msn

Hello:

I am using pine on my RedHat 7.3 machine from a shell.
When I try to send an email to a hotmail or msn
address, it takes like 5 minutes or so to send
the message.  

I tried this from outlook on my laptop and it times
out when trying to send to a hotmail or msn address.

I can send to any other domain without any problems.

Both go thru the same mailserver, which is a 
Redhat 7.3 machine.

Is there a problem with sendmail when sending to a hotmail
or msn address?
