[NTLUG:Discuss] LONG time when sending to hotmail or msn

Alton:

I thought that when I pass a message to sendmail,
it receives it from the mail client, queues it, and
let the mail client continue on its merry way.
In that case, giving a message to sendmail is independent
of transmission to the destination server.

Is this not the case?

Thanks,
	Neil.
