[NTLUG:Discuss] UPS question

Does anyone know anything about (apparently) dead UPS'es?  One day my
MinuteMan MBK300 UPS started beeping, and eventually got to the point
where it wouldn't stay on with anything plugged into it.  Do I have
options as far as repair, or is it one of those "it's cheaper to buy a
new one" things?
