First stop would be the user's manual - if you have it.
Second stop - not sure what area you are in, but here in Irving TX there
are shops called "Batteries Plus" that claim to be able to do UPS's of
any kind - I don't know about price because I have never had to do that.
I did get a replacement battery once from APS under warrantee.
Third stop - if all else fails or you cannot get it fixed, buy a new one.
That's what I would do if it were me.

PS: couple of questions: (a) how many amps are you trying to support on
this UPS, (b) what is its rating (VA)?, (c) how long have you been
running it, (d) how reliable it your local electricity (did you get
periodic alarms throughout the life to the UPS - brownouts, etc), and
(e) did you have a printer plugged into it?
