Well, the obvious answer is to block .kr domains in sendmail.  Do you do
business in Korea?  

I've put this into practice in with Taiwan and China, and the spam I do
get is much more identifiable, and therefore easier to procmail into
notihingness.

If you have no reason to get mail from china, korea, taiwan, and
vietnam, block em.  Sendmail & Procmail be your friend. :)
