Some of us have not choice, especially when broadband carriers can change their
terms on an arbitrary basis.  My static IP address was taken away from me after
reorganization...even though I had, *in writing*, agreed to service in return for
one static IP address. 

Conscientious use of dynamic nameservers such as everydns.net will not cause more
problems than it's worth.  Reverse lookups are overrated anyways.  I can think of
no legitimate reasons for even using reverse lookup. I suppose I'm also guilty of
network congestion caused by my refusal to open port 113 (ident)?
