OK, I have it partially solved. I linked a start button on the KDE panel
with /usr/bin/mozilla and got no mail features. So I changed the launch
link to the suggestively named script /usr/local/mozilla/run-mozilla.sh
then I get mail when mozilla launches.
I can now successfully email, but configuring things is too painful. I
will stick with Netscape 4.77 until Mozilla is mature enough.
