[NTLUG:Discuss] kick start my brain on mail attachments treated as part of body

This behavior is controlled by the recipient's mail client (Netscape
Mail, Outlook, Evolution, etc.).  There is a menu item (depending upon
the client used, the location of the item is different) that will allow
you to view items inline or as attachments.
