Interesting statement, but lacks validity. I've seen far more
corruptions with ext3 than with reiser. In fact, I have no
bad resiser installs (and I've been using it for quite some
time now). In fact, I believe some recent posts on the this list
were about a corrupt ext3 journal.
Might be interesting to see how many people have had problems
with each... but I'd bet that there are more problems with
ext3 just because of its immaturity. I'm not saying that
it won't improve, obviously RH has a lot at stake, so I'm
certain that it will stabilize over time, but I'm not
going to use it just yet on any serious production system.
Of course some of the ext3 problems I've seen may be simply
a RH problem of some kind (maybe it's pretty safe with
woody).
