I believe tripwire defaults to sending reports to root.  Set up an alias
in wherever your distro puts the sendmail alias file pointing to the
address you want it sent to.

(of course, if Tripwire is screwed up, you will get an email telling you
that Tripwire is screwed up every morning.  Thank you cron.daily!)
