Has anyone else had problems getting messages to the list?

On as very regular basis I get a message delivery rejection from the 
NTLUG mail server (mail.ntlug.org).  My server then puts the mail in a 
cannot delivery retry for x days mode.  The messages eventually make it 
through but sometimes several days go by before I'll see them on the list.

This is not a new issue.  Lately I'm getting it with almost every 
message I send.  Am I just special or is this a wide spread problem?
