Depending on how much this project is worth to you, you can get a PC 
case with a lock on it. If that isn't enough, I'm sure some vendor sells 
secure boxes that can house your PC that are much tougher to get into.

If this still isn't enough, then you have to wonder about the total cost 
of this customer. Truly unsavory types will screw you over one way or 
another to make them not worth the trouble.
