[NTLUG:Discuss] SandSurfer installation problem

I'm trying to install Sandsurfer for web-based time tracking. I'm haveing 
difficulties and wondered if anyone here has installed it before.
I've gotten it to create the DB, but when it tries to execute time_table.pl, I 
get a Couldn't Connect to the database error. Any ideas?

or...
Do any of you have a suggestion on a time tracking tool? I'm looking for one 
with a sql DB backend, web-based and has a clock-in/clock-out type feature. 
Project/Task based tracking would be best. The Sandsurfer demo is what I 
want.... but..... can't install.
