[NTLUG:Discuss] preventing KDE from trapping ctrl+alt+del

 It must be a default behavior because I don't remember ever turning it on
and it's been like that since I installed KDE several months ago.  Before
that I used Gnome and it didn't do it. It's only annoying when I forget it's
there.

I didn't know KDE did that.  I guess this is KDE's default behavior? 
Good thing to know so I can watch for it in the future if I happen to be
on a system that is using KDE.
