Has anyone else had problems getting a domain registered
with nsi transferred to another registration company?
I've been trying for no less than 6 weeks now to get
one of my domains transferred to a new company from nsi.

Requests are sent to networksolutions to send me the 
authorization to transfer request so that I can confirm
the move, but nsi doesn't send me that authorization request.

During this 6-week timeframe, I've received several posts from nsi
reminding me that the domain in question was due to 
expire on Oct 27; and, so that I would not lose my domain,
I renewed it with nsi for a year--I received acknowledgement
of renewal from nsi virtually instantaneously on submission--
so I know networksolutions has my correct email address and
has no problem getting mail to me.

In any case, if anyone else has had a like problem, how did you
resolve it?  If no one else has had a like problem, be advised that
you might--I've been told that this has been happening to a lot
of nsi customers who are trying to move domains to different
registration companies (nsi pulling a deceptive business tactic--
surely not :)
