My opinion of NSI is that they are pulling every dirty trick
in the book to try to hold onto customers. I think it is
amazingly unscrupulous of them.
I have been attempting to transfer the domain of one of
my clients and getting the same problems as you.
So, you are not alone. Also, thanks for posting their
phone number, I hope they get flooded with angry calls.
