Thats because you didn't patch the box. The same thing will happen with
any distribution or OS that is more that 6months old. ANYTIME you
install a box, it should be patched as soon as it can be and it should
not be on an unprotected network for any period of time without being
brought up to date. This is not a RedHat issue, it is a reality issue.
