Looks interesting but, IMHO, it's got 2 strikes against it off the bat.

It requires Tomcat and PostgreSQL.  Their mission statement talks about 
commercial products forcing solutions, "In many instances, it becomes a 
case of fitting the business to the management tool".  Then they force 
you into their box.

I have nothing against Tomcat or PostgreSQL but I don't run them now and 
have no plans on installing them, so I couldn't use it.  If your 
planning to use PostgreSQL as your DBMS and are interested in running 
Tomcat then it may be worth the time to try it out.
