Hi,

I wanted to thank everyone who helped me on this
problem.  After trying a new power supply and checking
the fan, nothing changed.  At this point, I'm ready to
cut my losses.  The cost of replacing the CPU (Celeron
566) and/or the motherboard are not worth trying to
fix it anymore.  With the time I've already spent and
the cost of new systems so low these days, it would be
cheaper to get a whole new system.
