It is certainly very true that 99% of all
server class (2U) cases assume onboard video
or PCI.  The most popular chipsets (e.g. ServerWorks)
in general do not handle AGP, or at least don't
handle it well.

It looks like rackmountpro.com has risers with
AGP slots on them, but I have NO idea about
placement relative to usefulness inside the
case.  Maybe it is arranged correctly since
AGP tends to placed similarly across
MBs.
