I've been doing some google searching. I think 
that I need something called a 2U riser card 
with Ribbon Cable. Instead of directly connecting
to the PCI slot, the board can be positioned 
over the AGP slot ( where it needs to be mouted ) 
and the ribbon cable will reach over to the PCI 
slot that I need it to put into. 

Something like that. Now I need to find a cheaper 
one than the $45 one that rackmountpro wants for 
one. ;)
