I was never bothered by the resource issue. When I'm using a WP I'm
generally not running a whole lot of other apps at the same time.
However, I've never liked the sandbox approach as a work environment. I
have my files organized the way I want and having to work around someone
else's idea of how I should organize my files is a pain.

Using M$ develpment tools leaves me with the same nasty taste in my
mouth. Give me make and a source code control (CVS, SCCS, RCS) tool and
then leave me alone!!!
