I use netin.com for my ISDN.  You can talk to Robert about what your 
looking for and he'll be more than happy to give you the answers you 
need.  He's real Linux friendly and if all your really needing is a pass 
through he's more than happy to hook you up.  Like me he's not overly 
sold on DSL (low CIR) but it's part of his business so he's knows the 
ins and outs.  He can give you a real good take on which equipment works 
best with the carriers as well.

Their site shows you line usage stats so you'll have a good idea what 
your looking at before you buy.
