Your sure that's the right time? 
"date" on my box shows:
Sun Mar  9 11:22:54 CST 2003
and since I'm in the Central Time zone, CST is correct. 

UTC/GMT is Greenich (sp?) Mean Time. They are 6 hours 
behind us here in the CST zone. So your time stamps 
show 5:28AM when you posted but you posted at 
11:28AM CST ( Actually, I think that you posted at 
11:18AM CST and your clock is 6hrs and 10 minutes
off ) 

Anyway... the
tzselect 
command ( if it exist on your system ) should let you 
set the TimeZone to CST ( remember daylight savings too ) 
so you can set the "date" timezone to CST.
