What I mean is that you will be scanned occasionally
to see if you are breaking the rules,  this is
regardless of whether you are actually running a
server. ATTBI simply says you can't run a server (of
any type) and if they catch you they can suspend your
service.  My router was scanned daily  for a newsgroup
server for example.  They are looking for high traffic
servers, and I don't have any doubt that if they
thought someone was hogging the bandwidth that they'd
enforce the rules.  If you were runniing sshd or a low
volume Apache webserver that's not on port 80 you're
probably safe, but I wouldn't bet on it. Running DNS
behind a firewall for your own personal use is OK, but
I don't think they would allow what they consider 
"rogue" DNS servers directly on their network. Also, 
If you factor in that they also require you to lease
your IP via DHCP, you can easily see that ATTBI is not
really good provider for someone who wants to run
servers.  OTOH, ATTBI is cheap so you get what you pay
for.   I  don't have any problem with their service,
IMO the service is reasonable (excluding support) and
the price is very affordable considering the
alternatives.  Hope that helps with your decision.
