As I remember it when I read the agreement, it does not forbid you from 
running those services, as long as they are not for commercial use and 
don't exceed "normal" bandwidth usage.

I run an Apache, on port 80 in fact, as well as sshd.  AT&T hasn't 
complained at all.  Of course, me and my family and maybe a friend or two 
are the only ones going there.

I use DynDNS.org.  Works great.
