I rate _Think Unix_ very high.  It's the sort of book you have to sit
and read through in order, and it's important to work through the
problems, but I wish it had found it about two years earlier.  It
doesn't have any specific solutions to particular problems; instead it
seeks to give the reader the concepts needed to see how to use unix to
solve a wide range of problems.
