just a little ( says ball bearing ) fan. Not much ( if any )
of a heat sink. The CPU is soldered onto the MB. Fan is
attached and plugged into the MB.

Not sure it us appoximatly 7.5" x 9.5".

for a cpu and motherboard with video and lan ( that redhat
supports ) is a pretty good deal.
