[NTLUG:Discuss] OT: Cheap Hardware - $56 motherboard/CPU

Howdy,
   I have four questions.
  1. Does the CPU have a just a heatsink installed or a heatsink and fan?
  2. Does it use SDRAM or DDR?
  3. Are you connected with OnComputers?
  4. How sure are you that it is MicroATX?  Could it be FlexATX, which is a 
little smaller and will fit in a MicroATX case.  I ask this because I have 
a spare FlexATX case that I am looking for a motherboard for?
