That probably would have been easier, but I wanted the 'fun' of doing it
the hard way.  And while it wasn't rocket science that bit about
'outside the scope of this document' wasn't kidding.

As it is, I'm having a merry old time grabbing packages and just playing
around. 

I'm really looking at Synergy & X11 - even with the qubes lack of
keyboard/mouse ports it might be kinda cool to get X going.

I'd heard that it was a problem on debian (BSD too), but since I'll
generally only be using it for a learning box/personal mp3 server, I'm
not too worried about that happening.
