You might try the Cambridge Univ. EXIM mailer.  I use it under my
Mandrake system.  Like Postfix, the config is in English, but it seems
to offer greater ability to configure address rewriting.  I never
could figure that out with Postfix.

The only feature Exim doesn't have that I'd really like is Delivery
Status Notification.  Authentication, SSL and SSL-on-demand, and a
wide variety of relaying and blacklisting controls are all supported.
