Looks like it attempted to boot from CD as a SCSI device and when you 
hit F1 it would have tried Floppy and then moved on to HD.  Try moving 
CD-ROM down or out of boot order.  Floppy->C->CDROM [SCSI].  Unless 
you're trying to boot from CD?
