[NTLUG:Discuss] DHCP and SYSLOG keep crashing - SOLVED

Well, I was JUST about to write when I found the smoking gun.

Lesson one:  If your DHCP server keeps dying on you and even your syslog
server dies, check the disk space of the partition that contains /var/log.
Lesson two: If you decide to setup an internal DNS server to catch and
redirect domain names queries to domains such as gator.com, bonzibuddy, and
other such MS Windows death traps...well If you do that...move your internal
web server logs to a volume that doesn't matter if it fills up.

I wonder if there is a way to selectively drop errors on a virtual
server...or drop errors BY virtual server

Emergency over everyone return to their regularly scheduled network
administration.
