I'll give them a little slack as I'd guess they just don't understand 
the technology.  I'm sure they are after the mail address spoofers.  On 
the other hand I wouldn't but this sort of thing past our current crop 
of privacy rights squashers in DC.

I found it interesting to see a .nsa.gov domain name pass by during a 
tcpdump the other day.  It was a DNS request and it was during a cache 
refresh so maybe there was nothing to it.  But then again they are 
collecting (and storing) email now!!
