Ok you got my attention ;)

I took a look at your company's site and didn't find any details about 
your process.  Could you give me a little info, or pass this along to 
your sales folks?

What is your process for issuing a certification?
Are your certificates recognized out of the box by most browsers?
How long is the turn around time for issuing a certificate?
What are your payment options and process?
Do you have a certification logo that I can show on my web pages?
