Two comments. . .

1)  I work part-time for Best Buy as PC service tech.  They aren't sooo bad.  
They just don't carry some of the component level stuff we all like to buy. :)

2)  As PC Tech, it is partly my responsibility to check returns as described in 
the previous post.  He's right!  Customers can be quite creative in their 
dishonesty.  I took an open box 256MB RAM off the shelf, and found a 128MB 
stick in it.  I've also checked a couple of video card returns and found an 8MB 
OEM board in their instead of the 128MB card labeled on the box.  They didn't 
get returned. One of the customers actually argued with me when I told them it 
was the wrong board in there! :O

I'll be dropping by that Fry's to "Check out the competition". :)
