You know, it appears to me that since they've discontinued sale of their 
Linux OS, (and probably downloads too by now), that this should verify 
the fact that they too have been distributing this same code as Linux, 
that they, [SCO], have given it away..  And if they gave it away, 
wheather they did it knowingly or not, it shouldn't matter, they [SCO] 
gave it away, it was theirs to give, so now it's GPL.  From that point 
on, it becomes GPL.  RIght?  No matter who did it first, it shouldn't 
matter.  Right?
