[NTLUG:Discuss] That darn Virge/GX

I have upgraded one of my P-200 Compaq DP4000 computers and have tried
to install several versions
of Linux.     My computer has 128 meg of RAM, 8Gig HD and an S3 Virge/GX
video card.

When I tried Knoppix the generic mouse refused to work and there is a 
vertical rectangle about
1/2 inch by 1 inch attached to the mouse.    This happens when I 
installed Mandrake 9.0 and
Peanut Linux.  Also, the windows system is locked up
