[NTLUG:Discuss] mod_perl question

I'm trying to get a Apache::MP3 working on a Red Hat 8.0 system. 
The error that I'm getting in httpd/error_log is that it cannot
locate 'Apache/Constants.pm'.  I found that my RH 8.0 system does
not have the 'Apache/Constants.pm' file, and my RH 7.1 system does.

Long story short - the mod_perl 1.26 rpm included Apache/Constants.pm 
and the mod_perl 1.99 rpm does NOT contain Apache/Constants.pm.

Was that by design, and Apache::MP3 will need to be modified before
it will work with RH 8.0?  Or was that a screw-up in building the RPM?

I hate when this happens...
