Another recommendation for Crucial.  Previously I've used 
Corsair--but while Corsair is good stuff, it's pricey, and 
Crucial appears to do just as well (reportedly even overclocks 
better sometimes) for quite a bit less.  Not that I've ever done 
any overclocking...
