I'm going to Austin today to discuss with EFFAustin and a Senate aide. 
We'll need a team to carry it off as well as sponsors. If we don't have 
money we'll need volunteers. If possible, I'd like to get a small grant 
to pay people. We'll see.

I hope Chris weighs in on this.
