Hi all -

I'm new to the list and down in Austin, so bear with me if I am out of line.

I have purchased several Dell Precision 420's from www.used-pcs.com here in
Austin. They are dual P-III capable, take up to 512MB memory (RDRAM tho, so
not cheap), but the big deal to me is that they come with Adaptec Ultra160
disk subsystems, which makes a *huge* performance difference. And the cost
under $400.

They make *killer* web servers - if you are running any Internet connection
under 10Mb/sec, you will saturate the pipe long before the server runs out
of steam.

Hope this is helpful.
