[NTLUG:Discuss] Promise Ultra100 TX2 on linux?

Hello,

  first post...hope this question is okay here ;)

   I was gonna snag a 200gb WD drive and I was wondering if anyone here 
was running a TX2 card on their linux box...specifically RH 8 ? 
Www.promise.com doesn't list linux drivers for the card, but are there 
some unsupported drivers out there, or maybe this card will just 'work' 
?
Any info/feedback is appreciated.
