I think what we're seeing here, more than anything else, is people's
tendency to complain, especially about stuff they have to use in the
workplace. Very few software applications are perfect and neither are
OS's, Linux included. But the bottom line is, people just don't bother
to praise the stuff that works well, all they do is complain about stuff
that doesn't work as they expect, or it's not optimized for they're
particular needs, or it's too complicated and hard to use, or they don't
understand it, or maybe they just don't like the interface or the way it
looks. There may be stuff they really like and they don't even realize
it, stuff that works great and they just do the task and don't ever
bother to notice a thing, .... until something irritates them.
