I have often said that the end user simply needs to be educated, but
is that practical? While it's certainly something I strive for, I know
of some folks... some considered to be "names" in the Linux community
who laugh at the idea, believing it to be impossible (usually in the
context of Linux replacing Windows on the desktop).
I agree about the "lip service" comment... most definitely. However
NTLUG LIP is a good thing since our LIP Service is a way of
"demontrating Linux Systems to the world" :-)
