Well, its supposed to be NOZEROCONF would be the real entry and it would
just be a variable to disable setting that up.  I looked and I do
actually have it, it is something they added in 9.


If you add the line
NOZEROCONF=yes
to your ifcfg-eth0, it will disable it from starting. 

Still trying to figure out what they are using it for.
