[NTLUG:Discuss] not sure where to look next - another Xpdf printing question

Mandrake 9.1
Gnome 2.2
Xpdf 2.01

Most pdf files seem to print fine
Some pdf files print too close to the edge (into the 1/4 inch 
non-printing area), and I loose some of the image - these same pdf files 
print fine from Adobe Acrobate Reader on a MS machine.
Where should I be looking for a solution, or is there none?

Most of the offending pdf files are created by one of our Oracle 
databases, running on a UNIX server.
