FYI:
I know this sounds stupid, but, I've taken a pci card out [because it
didn't work] and put it back in and it worked. Or I pull it out of one
slot and put it in another slot and it worked. No explanation, no
reason, just wouldn't work the first time and worked second time and all
I did was pull it out and shoved into a slot for second time, or
preferably, into another slot.
